Family Fun & Yoga! Join Us for a Musical & Creative AdventureUnwind, connect, and have a blast together as a family with our special Family Yoga class! This hour-long session, perfect for all ages and abilities, is designed to create a joyful and bonding experience for the whole crew.
Led by the energetic Kirsten Haukness Setz, the class will blend playful movement, yoga poses for all bodies, and catchy tunes to introduce families to the joys of yoga and mindfulness. But the fun doesn't stop there! We'll also incorporate a creative craft element, allowing you to express yourselves and take home a special memento.
