Bring your family and loved ones to play and connect through a joyful fusion of yoga, games, dance, breath work and relaxation; all sprinkled with storytelling and musical magic. This workshop is for all ages but recommended for children ages 3-10 and their caregivers.
Come prepared to move, be playful, get silly and have fun!
Where: Sun Room
When: Saturday, January 17th – 2:30pm-4pm | 90 Minutes
Capacity: 20 kids and 20 adults, space for additional adult partners if needed
Cost: $35 per adult and child pair | $10 for additional family members
