Meet me at Azalea Park (near the tennis courts) for some family yoga on August 7th and again August 21st. We will begin at 9am, so come a few minutes early to settle in. This is a fun practice for the whole family. Ages 3 to 99 welcome. $16 for the whole family to do something together, build connections, and slow down with some mindful breathing.
Bring a blanket or mat and some water. If you need additional balance support, bring a chair. I can accommodate this.
Register ahead of time to get waiver out of the way and there is a payment option too. Cash always welcome:)
