✨ Join us for a playful, heartwarming yoga journey designed for the whole family!
Family yoga is a chance to move, laugh, and relax together—strengthening not just bodies, but family bonds. Each month we bring a new themed adventure to life through yoga, stories, music, and imagination.
In this special event, we will:
🧘 Begin with an opening circle to connect
🌬️ Explore breathwork + mindfulness to feel grounded
🎶 Enjoy group yoga games, partner poses & creative movement
🌟 Wind down with a cozy guided visualization + soothing sounds
💞 Close with a reflection circle to reconnect
No yoga experience needed—just bring your curiosity, energy, and sense of adventure! Please wear comfy clothes to move in, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle for each family member (extra mats available at the studio).
