This family yoga class is for parents and children to come together. Children aged 2-15 are welcome to particate in yoga with you.Children aged 16+ are still able to come but will be classed as an adult so use the additional adult link below.
Children under the age of 2 will share a mat with parent .
We are teaming up with Duffabulls Lincoln who are a licensed dog breeder - and breed more than just Bull dogs. The puppy breeds will vary across these classes depending on what pups they currently have. All we ask is that parents take responsibility over their children to ensure the pups are treated with respect and love.
Classes will include variations of:
⭐Mindfulness
⭐ Breathwork
⭐Yoga Poses
⭐ Restorative yoga
⭐ Tibetan healing bowls - options for children to participate.
Price includes 1 x adult and 1 x child under the age of 16. Please pay for any additional children (if you wish to bring 2 or more) via the separate link below and let Jade know of the ages .
