Family Yoga Class, offered every 2nd Friday. FriYay has just become more exciting!
Who: Parents/Guardian and children ages 5 and up, $10 per person (child must also sign up).
What: This class will be a great introduction to yoga for the whole family.
When: Fridays 6:15PM - 7PM
What to bring: Yoga mat and maybe a water bottle for EVERYONE in your family.
What will be taught:
Centering
Breath work
Beginner yoga poses
Savasana
Children will be expected to stay on their mat next to their parent/guardian for the duration of class.
