Join us a Family Yoga class - designed for families with children aged 3 and up.
These weekly sessions at our GYMPIE venue - Avenues Lifestyle Support - Sherwood Hall, Red Hill Rd Gympie. These sessions offer a beautiful opportunity for families to move, breathe, and connect together in a fun and supportive space. Each class blends gentle yoga poses, partner activities, breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindfulness games suitable for all ages.
No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to stretch, smile, and slow down together. Classes are catered for younger yogy's but allow for stretching and mindfulness for adults and children to share together.
All mats and resources are provided — simply bring a water bottle and your family!

Family Yoga Casual Pass Options
- $25 Pass – Covers 1 adult + 1 child to attend one Family Yoga session.
- $35 Pass – Covers 3–4 family members to join a single Family Yoga session.
- Extra family members – Casual add-on of $5 per person (child or adult) is available each week.
