Next Generation Yoga with Cindy Lesher is proud to offer this Free Family Yoga fun experience to the community. Bring the kids and join me for some silly fun with your children ages 2+. Tweens encourage to come too!I will guide you into poses, partner poses, activities, dancing and more using props and music for the little ones to grab their attention. Get your mojo rising and connect with your children on their level. They will love you for it. Get a little exercise too while using awareness and taking care of your self as we move around.
Limited mats, 20 available to use. You may bring your own. We set up in a Yoga circle. Water recommended.
