Hello lovely Brighton families �On Monday 18th August at 2pm I’ll be at The Unity Centre with a one-off Family Yoga & Storytelling workshop — and I’d love you to come play and take part!
We’ll be stepping right into the magical tale of the warrior Virabhadra… expect roaring lions, dancing warriors, silly faces, stretches, lots of laughter! Embark on a journey of courage, strength and kindness — told through movement, breath, voice and our imaginations!
This event is welcome for children up to about 7 (and their grown-ups too, because you’ll be part of the story!). No yoga experience needed!
I’m Ellie — actor, storyteller, yoga teacher and founder of Madness & Mysteries. I’ve shared stories and movement at festivals like Good Vibrations Society and Into the Wild… and nothing makes me happier than watching families laugh, move and create magic together.
