Join us for our FAMOUS movie night at TGY! We are going to celebrate and connect in our amazing space that is not only for YOGA! Yoga is connecting and spending time together, creating memories and nourishing our mental health. Family yoga will be around 30 minutes and will be accessible for kids 4-12 but let us know if you have a family that doesn't fit that age range. The more ages of the kids we are aware of, the more we can tailor the class to meet everyone's needs. Then, stay for a Lilo and Stitch in the HOT studio. The studio will remain around 80 degrees all evening.
