Family Yoga and Mindfulness with Tania!

Adults and their children (ages 4 - 12) can attend class together in this playful yoga and mindfulness session. Together, you'll learn traditional poses, find ways to stretch, explore breathing techniques, practice using your balance, and learn tools to encourage relaxation and stillness, but, there will be stories, games, and activities to help the younger students stay involved and engaged!

Each participant should have a mat and children will be asked to stay on their mat during the class. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water for hydration!

Each ticket covers one parent-child pair, and any additional participants can join for just $10 additionally on top of the original ticket purchased.

No prior experience is required, just bring your smiles and prepare for laughter-filled yoga fun

Meet Tania!

I am an experienced yoga instructor specializing in movement-based mindfulness for kids and adults. With a background in engineering, I have a keen interest in exploring the science behind movement, including human anatomy and proprioception, to deepen my understanding of the intricate mind-body connection. I believe in the harmonious synergy of yoga and mindfulness, where yoga provides a physical foundation for cultivating present-moment awareness and non-judgmental observation, as advocated by mindfulness. I aim to empower students with a comprehensive toolkit for self-care, stress reduction, and personal growth.

Richly influenced by my teachers, peers, experiences, and travels, I am dedicated to promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive world through yoga, where everyone feels welcomed. I aim to empower students through intention, meditation, breathwork, and physical postures, leaving them feeling refreshed.

Yoga has helped me develop resilience, manage anxiety, enhance focus, and foster compassion. With over 10+ years of practice, yoga has always been a friend to me to create equanimity in my life, as a software professional. I aspire to share these benefits and bring more balance, peace, joy, and inner knowledge to my students' lives.
