Join us for an hour of relaxation, mindfulness and fun with our Family Yoga hosted by Beckie from The Sunshine Club.Our FREE family yoga session is open to all ages, however, children under 2 years old will not be able to participate in the yoga section and instead will be able to play.
The session will include:
Mindfulness and breathing exercises
Simple yoga poses
Partner yoga poses
Sensory props and storytelling
Light refreshments
This is a chance to move your body, feel good, connect with your community and spend quality time together.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise mats will be provided. Please dress in comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring a warm jumper/ hoodie/ fleece/ blanket.

Parking is available at the front of the church. The door to the hall is accessed on the right hand side of the church next to Cornerstone Library.
