Who's Hosting?

Rachel specialises in seasonal yoga, yin yoga, and family yoga. With a deep commitment to inclusivity, Rachel is also qualified in accessible yoga, ensuring that her classes are welcoming to all. As a certified BSL (British Sign Language) interpreter, she teaches yoga in both English and BSL, bridging communication gaps and making yoga accessible to the Deaf community.
