Welcome to Family Yoga, friends!Join us on the first Saturday of each month at the Arkadia Center for Arts and Education in Viroqua. 10AM - 11AM.
Bring your family and share a mindful movement practice in our safe and super fun container dedicated to imaginative self-exploration and building self-referral tools for every age!
All ages are welcome. Bring your own mat(s) and any props/tools that help you and your family feel awesome. No electronics, please.
