Laugh, stretch, and move together in a playful yoga flow perfect for ages 4 and up. Connect, breathe, and have fun while learning simple poses the whole family can enjoy. Bring your mat and water bottle, and get ready for smiles all around. A few mats are available to rent for $5 each.
This is a trial class! If there is enough interest in each session we will look at adding more family yoga in the new year!
