Family Yoga is an opportunity for caregivers to playfully participate with their kiddos in yoga poses, yoga games and meditation. Join Ms. Rae and her little yogi Araya as we move and explore animals and nature through yoga. This class is open to children 2 and up (ideally, to 10) with a parent or friend over 18.
Price: One adult + one child (age 2-10): $35
Ahimsa Members: $30
