This Family yoga class will include just the right amount of fun and relaxation. We will have dance time, story-time, and act out silly animal shapes & scenes from nature. Practice will incorporate gentle movement and easy breathwork exercises guided by our journey through storytelling. Let's laugh together as we embark on our yoga adventure!Please dress in comfy clothes and bring anything you think you might need. We will have props available (blankets, blocks, bolsters, mats and straps) but if you prefer to bring your own, please do!
If you need to cancel your registration, please advise ASAP as space is limited so we can open up the spot for another family. If you or your child are feeling sick or unwell for any reason, please do not come to class for the safety of the other students. Please only attend if you are feeling 100%! Thanks for understanding!
