One special evening each month—just for your family.
Take time this October to slow down, move mindfully, and enjoy quality time together at Family Yoga with The Mindfulness Movement. This class is a monthly opportunity for families to bond, stretch, and grow stronger—both emotionally and physically.
In this 45-minute class, families will:
🤸‍♀️ Practice fun, beginner-friendly yoga poses
🌬️ Explore breathing techniques for calm and focus
💬 Share mindful moments that build connection
💛 Create memories that will last beyond the season
Led by licensed teacher Tara Willits, Family Yoga is designed for parents, caregivers, and children (ages 5–12 recommended) to enjoy together. It’s the perfect monthly reset to balance busy schedules and invest in your family’s wellness.
