Join Shred415 Instructor and mom of two, Amanda Atherton, for a 45-minute outdoor Shred415 workout with the whole family. That's right, this workout is designed for all ages and all fitness levels to have fun and move our bodies together!
You can expect cardio drills and strength exercises plus games and lots of laughs. Bring a mat or towel and water for each participant.
