Family Wellness Event

This wellness event was especially designed by Gaby Garcia, a speech-language pathologist and certified children's yoga instructor and Carla Duenas, registered dietitian and author of the children's book "Don't Stop Lexi"- a book that combines sports nutrition and gut health in a fun, exciting way.

The purpose of this fun-filled event is to encourage wellness from the inside out for children and their families.

We will start the morning with a unique and engaging kids yoga flow, followed by an interactive book reading by the author of the book "Don't Stop Lexi", and wrap-up the morning right before nap time with a hands-on cooking class where the little ones will create their own probiotic recipe to take home.
