About this Event
Many members of our community are eager to support Diabetes Camping Educational Services, and we’re excited to offer new volunteer opportunities at Camp Conrad Chinnock. We need your help with a variety of work projects around the camp—whether you're skilled or not, there’s a job for everyone!
What’s Involved?
Join us for a weekend of meaningful work—raking, cleaning, painting, scraping, moving, planting, repairing, organizing, and much more! We’re in need of both unskilled volunteers and skilled professionals like plumbers, carpenters, and electricians to help us tackle important camp projects.
Stay the Weekend at Camp!
The Family Volunteer Weekend will be held on April 26 - 27, 2025. Volunteers and their families are welcome to stay overnight at Camp from Saturday to Sunday. (Meals will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday.) For those who can’t stay the weekend, you’re still more than welcome to join us for a day of volunteering—every bit of help counts!
Bring Your Tools!
If you have your own tools, we encourage you to bring them along! Please note that the only planned activities are the various work projects around the camp.
