The Frist loves families! On the second Sunday of each month join us for special kid-friendly programming, family tours, multisensory gallery experiences, and a visit to Martin ArtQuest. This month, we are having several book readings around the museum. Join us for a day of stories! A Multisensory Exploration Station is available in the galleries from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Multisensory Exploration Station offers opportunities for visitors of all ages to touch, smell, and listen to materials and objects of varying textures, aromas, and sounds that relate to the featured exhibition.
Martin ArtQuest is open every Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Two local authors will read their children’s books in the Rechter Room at 1:30 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. The books will be available in the gift shop for purchase and to have signed!
A Family Tour begins at 1:30 p.m. at the Ingram Gallery information desk.
Our Bilingual Story and Song with Rachel Rodriguez will begin at 2:30 p.m. Join Rachel for an in-gallery performance, book reading, and more!
