CU Science Discovery, in partnership with a few campus and community friends, invite you to join our free Family STEAMfest event at CU Boulder. Parents, grandparents and kids of all ages are invited to get hands-on with all things science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM)! We'll be sparking curiosity and engagement with a wide selection of table-top activities and demonstrations:– Enter the Space Zone for a star show with Fiske Planetarium and the National Solar Observatory
– Go on an EV and electromagnetic exploration with CU Engineering
– Get tactile with dinosaurs and CU Boulder's Museum of Natural History
– Learn about how animals get their stripes and spots
– Use a Chladni plate to visualize music
– Test your skills in the Math Zone and more!
