The ultimate evening of relaxation but for the family! Slighter shorter for our younger ones but with all the same benefits of a full sound bath.
Bring along your mini me’s so they too can experience the healing benefits of a sound bath whilst learning new ways to relax. Don’t worry if they are a bit wriggly we will make sure you are nice and comfy on the mat, introduce the instruments and then do a couple of exercises to help us relax before we start the sound bath.
Bring a blanket and a cushion / pillow and wear something comfy.
Benefits include a more restful nights sleep as well as a better quality sleep.
