You’ll be surrounded by peaceful sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and more.
The calming vibrations help melt away stress and bring a sense of peace to your mind and body.
This is a great chance for families to connect and enjoy a moment of calm in a peaceful, welcoming space.
At the end of the session, everyone is invited to sing along to some gentle songs, to unite and connect in harmony. All ages are welcome to join in!
-More Info-
$15 per adult, $5 Per child
-The sound bath will be 30 minutes long with time before and after to connect with the other families.
-We have comfy lounging mats available, please bring anything else for your comfort like pillows and blankets.
-We encourage everyone to relax, find stillness, and keep their thoughts inside until the end.
However, with the nature of children's spontaneity, we embrace all sounds they make and let it be part of the experience, while gently reminding them to do their best to stay quiet.
-Bringing a quiet activity like colouring, slime or fidget toys, can be a great option for children who have a hard time staying still. Please no electronic devices
-Babies are welcome and often enjoy the singing bowls and all of the sounds. This could be a very relaxing experience for you and your baby.
-There is a front room if you need to step out of the room for any reason with your baby/child.
-Please keep in mind that although the bowls will be played more quietly than usual, they can still get a little loud. If your child is sensitive to loud noises, we recommend bringing some noise-canceling ear coverings just incase.
