Join us for a visit where you will explore working life in a Victorian silk mill and try your hand at weaving.During the morning you will start with a tour of Paradise Mill. You will be told about working conditions for Victorian people in Macclesfield, see the machinery in it's original setting and talk about the jobs you would have done.
Following your tour you will head to the Silk Museum for a weaving activity in the classroom.
Suitable for ages 6+.
