From cookies and cakes to cheesy delights and the best hot chocolate you've ever had, it's sure to be an evening of seasonal joy.
About this Event

The holidays are a time for wonderful traditions. Each year, families all over Europe and the United States get together to enjoy the customs that make the season special for them. In Lisbon, Portugal, huge bonfires are built to celebrate Christmas. In southern France, guests enjoy 13 different desserts after dinner on Christmas Eve. In Annapolis, Maryland, the small businesses of Maryland Avenue pick an evening to open their doors one night for visitors to stop in, have some hot mulled wine and a cookie or two, and enjoy the lights and music.

Join us for a special family celebration of the holiday traditions of Europe and the States. You'll enjoy a variety of snacks and beverages representative of these special holiday customs while learning their histories and what makes them so special. From cookies and cakes to cheesy delights and the best hot chocolate you've ever had, it's sure to be an evening of seasonal joy.

***Please note any alcoholic beverages served will only be avaialble to guests 21+ years. Proper ID requried.

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 5:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to [email protected] before the day of your class if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions or requires seating.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
