Enjoy a day on the sanctuary and seine net for a closer look at cool critters. One family group at a time will use each net.About this Event
Hike the Barrier Island Sanctuary (BIS) trail and stop along the the Indian River Lagoon to sein net with BIS staff. We will catch, ID, and release cool IRL critters! Please sign up for a specific time window. One family group will be allowed to use each net at a time. Please be sure to bring drinking water, water shoes or old shoes that can get wet but wont slip off, bug spray, sunscreeen and whatever other self-care items you need. Registration required, each ticket is good for one whole family. Event is weather dependent.
