Winnebago Audubon celebrates providing our community with opportunities to enjoy and protect birds, other wildlife, and their habitats through recreation, education, conservation, and restoration of the natural environment. We hope you will attend the brief business meeting to vote on our 2024-25 slate of officers and approve the proposed budget while sipping on lemonade and having a treat. Once our business is taken care of we can relax and enjoy a special program with J & R Aquatic Animal Rescue who RESCUE, REHAB, REHOME exotic pets. Their engaging hour-long presentation will feature live animals, including an intriguing assortment of snakes, lizards, insects, spiders, hedgehogs, birds, and more. A "Meet and Greet" session with the animals will follow the presentation, providing a more intimate and immersive exploration of the diverse species showcased during the presentation.
Free and open to the public.
Directions: Enter on the north side of the park from County Road Y.
Turn right at the roundabout and continue to Shelter #1.
