In this fun hands on class you will learn everything you need to know to make delicious regionally inspired pizzas in your own kitchen! With guidance from our Chef you will mix dough by hand and learn how to ferment, shape, stretch, top, and bake your pizza. Best of all you will get to eat what we make in class so come hungry! Everyone will go home with their very own pizza!The Menu:
Sicilian Style Pizza – A thick crust pizza baked in a pan topped with a delicious sauce, fresh mozzarella, and pepperoni
Neapolitan Style Pizza – A thin and bubbly crust with a delicious red sauce topped with mozzarella & basil
California Style Pizza – Perfectly fermented dough topped with fresh pesto, artichokes, arugula, wild mushrooms, & goat cheese.
