Start the new year with a magical yoga experience designed just for kids! Glow Into the New Year combines movement, mindfulness, and creativity in a glowing atmosphere that sparks joy and imagination.
Children will enjoy:

✨ Games like Glow Freeze Dance and Glow Tunnel
✨ A calming relaxation and intention-setting activity to welcome the year ahead
This class is perfect for ages 2 and up and requires no prior yoga experience. We’ll provide glow sticks and create a safe, welcoming space for kids to move, play, and shine!
