Yoga connection poses-simple acroyoga poses to do with your kiddos. Body connection exercises.
Fun Boundary exercises - Play games to help your kiddos understand Yes and No in their Body!
Snacks will be provided.

Leianna, your facilitator has been working as a healer with people for 20 plus years. She was a Child and Family Licensed Therapist in Asheville NC. She has an uncanny way of connecting with children, getting on their level, being in their world. She has helped parents understand their children more though intuitive connections. She assisted caregivers in Bali to connect with Orphans that could or would not communicate.
