About this Event
Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make delicious pasta from scratch with your llittle ones.
Moms, Dads, MeeMaws, PopPops, Aunties, Uncles & Guncles are all welcome with their favorite small human.
At the end of the class, we will eat what we make with 2 sauces and you can fill your own mini cannoli for dessert.

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING - This class is designed for at least one adult (18+ ) to take the class with children - everyone (adults and children) must have their own ticket to participate.
Only adults with children will be admitted to the class - this is not an adult only class.
We eat what we make! We will cook up the pasta together for a tasting at the end of the class. This is typically enough for a light meal.
Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - our Italian Cooking School kitchen located at 3101 Guess Rd. (NOT at Melina's Fresh Pasta shop).
All participants receive a Class Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.

No Refunds
All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice). Rescheduling classes for less than 7 days notice only available if we can fill your spot from the waitlist.
