Family Night Out is designed to foster open communication and improve relationships among family members. Groups and activities include: art, games and action exercises, stress management, psycho-education, and community education. The groups and activities focus on decreasing family conflict, increasing family cohesion, and promoting healthy family management. Emphasis is placed on healthy beliefs, family bonding, emotional awareness and expression, and communication skill building.
