Parenting a tween or teen can feel like trying to connect across two different worlds. Words don’t always land. Emotions stay guarded. Everyone’s doing their best—and still, something feels just out of reach.

Family Night: Letting Go is a shared breathwork experience for parents and their children (ages 10–17) designed to create connection with intention, presence, and care.

This evening offers families a chance to breathe together, feel together, and gently let go—of stress, expectations, tension, and the emotional weight we all carry.

• A guided breathwork journey for parents and teens, experienced side-by-side

Participation in sharing is always invitational, and silence is just as welcome as words.

Breathwork meets teens where words often fail. It helps the body release what the mind can’t articulate—and gives parents a way to support their children without needing to fix or explain.

Many families leave feeling calmer, more open, and subtly reconnected—sometimes through words, sometimes through quiet presence.
