Add a touch of artistry to your family album and add a whimsical mosaic handprint portrait.This personalized work of art will be made using unique materials, recycled and new. Participants will work in the direct mosaic method. Under guidance from the instructor, a cutting tool will be available to adjust the pieces.
You are invited to bring along your own personal items, such as jewelry bits, small trinkets, figurines, toys, pins, and anything else that will stand the test of time. You’ll have a blast sorting through a selection of materials.
Upon completion, the mosaic will be framed on a wooden canvas. If attending with family members you can choose to install your handprints together in the same frame.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. All people in your group require a ticket.

Elena Martoglio has been creating mosaic art for over a decade. Her love of finding glass and ceramic objects began from traveling to different beaches and collecting found items. Developing her skills in mosaic art, Elena has decorated community centres, kitchen backsplashes, and home floors.
