- Send Noods | Saison with szechuan peppercorn and makrhut lime leaves | A beer brewed by brothers. Goose Island Brewer, Mike Jacobs, took his brother, Chef Dan Jacobs, to the brewery to create a beer that effortlessly pairs with Chef Dan’s Family Meal.

- Smashed Cucumbers | Scallions. Black Vinegar. Chilis. Herbs.
- Sichuan Pork Dumplings | Chili oil. Black Vinegar. Scallion. Cilantro.
- Dandan Noodles | Ground Pork. Mustard Greens. Peanut. Chili.
- General Tso's Cauliflower | Rice. Chili Oil. Bok Choy.
- Cumin Lamb Smash Burger | Bao Bun. Sichuan Ranch. Scallion. Celery. Cilantro. Pickles. | This burger was made in collaboration between Goose Island Chef Henry Pariser and Dandan Chef Dan Jacobs. A burger full of Chinese soul with a Midwestern sensibility.
