Family Learning Self Care in the Outdoors (1702)

These sessions support self-reflection while developing new skills and finding ways to implement self-care into parent’s lives.

Some of the craft activities include:

• Collaging

• Colour dying

• Eco-printing

• Mandala making

• Flower making
• This course is delivered by Family Learning as part of Aberdeen City Council.

This ticket is a note of interest. Once you have signed up via Eventbrite, you will be emailed a registration form that you must complete to secure your place on the course.

All of our courses are free to attend.
