Info: This one-hour Qi Gong session is designed to gently warm the body, stretch and loosen the muscles, and increase mobility in the joints, preparing participants for the Wing Chun Kung Fu session that follows.
Through slow, flowing movements, coordinated breathing, and focused awareness, the practice helps release tension, improve posture, and encourage smooth, efficient movement throughout the body. The session emphasises relaxation, balance, and whole-body connection, making it accessible to all levels of experience.
Qi Gong offers a practical way to calm the nervous system while increasing physical readiness, leaving participants feeling warm, loose, and centred. Whether you are completely new or already familiar with internal arts, this session provides a grounded and effective foundation for martial arts practice and everyday movement.

Info: This one-hour Wing Chun Kung Fu session focuses on practical, beginner-level self-defence techniques designed to be effective, efficient, and accessible to everyone β no previous martial arts experience required.
Participants will be introduced to core Wing Chun principles such as structure, balance, relaxation, and economy of movement, and how these ideas translate into simple self-defence applications. Training will include basic striking, defensive movements, and partner drills, all taught in a safe and supportive environment.
The session emphasises awareness, coordination, and confidence, helping participants develop practical skills they can understand and apply straight away. Whether you are completely new to martial arts or curious about self-defence, this session offers a hands-on introduction to Wing Chun Kung Fu and its real-world relevance.
