HOW AN OPEN CONSTELLATION GROUP WORKS:
In a safe and warm group, we explore several shorter constellations during the evening. No client is predetermined – those who feel called are given the opportunity to work on their theme on site, while others participate as representatives and co-creators.
If necessary and with your approval, I also integrate elements from Zen Coaching and trauma therapy according to Life Span Integration, to support the process and create space for deeper presence and healing.
By seeing the family dynamics take shape in front of us, new insights, understanding and relief can arise – not only for the client, but often for the entire group.
HOW A FAMILY CONSTELLATION WORKS:
There is one client predetermined, who`s problem/issue we work with, in every constellation and a group of at least 6 participants, from whom the client will choose people to represent different family members. The client sits him/herself on the side watching the constellation.
We always start with an introduction to the method for everyone that is new to Family Constellations and as a way to open up for the work we are about to enter into. After that, we listen to the problem/issue that the client wants to explore and the facts around it within the family system, such as sever illnesses, trauma, separation, abortion, miscarriage, war and death. I guide the work from the beginning to the end.
ABOUT FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS:
In a family, a company or any other organization, a collective field is always prevalent. Those are fields we are rarely conscious about, even though they affect us and the way we live our lives. With the help of Family Constellations/ Systemic Constellations, these fields can be observed objectively to enable reconciliation and promote change on both an individual and collective level.
This work is inspired by Bert Hellinger and his Orders of Love. From his observations and insights from thousands of Family Constellations/ Systemic Constellations together with individuals and companies all over the world, he has been able to map the systemic functions of our consciousness. His work has led to an increased understanding of the synthesis of love ́s natural laws that make love flow more freely within a family or other organizations.
THE FUNDAMENTAL LAWS/ORDERS:
● Any person in a system has a right of belonging.
● Everyone has a given place in the system. Priority rights are akin to age.
● Acts of giving and receiving long for balance.
SHORTLY ABOUT ROGER:
Roger has been working with deep personal development and meditation in various forms for 20 years - He is a senior coach, supervisor and teacher in the Zen Coaching Trainings in Sweden, Poland and South Africa. He has also recently developed a leadership training and coaching education for companies that he is currently teaching.
Roger is trained in the full Systemic Constellations training (Hellinger). He has been working, and assisting the training, with constellations for over seven years now. He is also a traumatrapeut.
He is an author of the book ” ICA-handlaren som drog i nödbromsen”, that is about his hectic life filled with destructive behaviors, as a previous grocery store owner, that led to an awakening in the hospital, and what strategies and attitudes that took him to where he is today. I en trygg och varm grupp utforskar vi flera kortare konstellationer under kvällen. Ingen klient är förutbestämd – den som känner sig kallad får på plats möjlighet att arbeta med sitt tema, medan övriga deltar som representanter och medskapare.
Vid behov och med ditt godkännande så integrerar jag även element från Zen Coaching och traumaterapi enligt Life Span Integration, för att stötta processen och skapa utrymme för djupare närvaro och helande.
Genom att se familjens dynamik ta form framför oss kan nya insikter, förståelse och lättnad uppstå – inte bara för klienten, utan ofta för hela gruppen.

SÅ GÅR EN FAMILJE CONSTELLATION TILL:
Det är en klient som bokat i förväg, vars problem/dilemma vi arbetar med, vid varje konstellation och en grupp på minst sex deltagare, från vilka klienten väljer att representera olika familjemedlemmar. Klienten själv sitter på sidan av och bevittnar konstellationen.
Vi startar alltid med en introduktion av metoden för de som är nya och som ett sätt att öppna upp för arbetet vi ska träda in i. Efter det lyssnar vi på klientens problem/dilemmat samt historik och fakta kring familjen, såsom svåra sjukdomar, olika truman, separationer, aborter, missfall, krig, flykt och död. Jag guidar arbetet från början till slut.
OM FAMILJEKONSTELLATIONER:
I en familj, ett företag eller en organisation, råder det alltid ett kollektivt fält. Fält vi sällan är medvetna om även då dom påverkar oss och hur vi lever vårt liv. Med hjälp av familjekonstellationer/systemiska konstellationer kan dessa fält observeras objektivt och möjliggöra försoning som stödjer förändring för både individen och det kollektiva fältet.
Detta arbete är inspirerat av Bert Hellinger och hans Lagar för kärlek. Från observationer och insikter av studier från tusentals familjekonstellationer/systemiska konstellationer, både individer och företag, över hela världen har han kunnat kartlägga systemets funktioner i vårt medvetande. Hans arbete har lett till en ökad förståelse för kärlekens naturliga lagar och vad som gör att kärlek flödar mer fritt i en familj eller organisation.

KORT OM ROGER:
Roger har arbetat med djup personlig utveckling och meditation i olika former under 20 års tid - han är senior coach, supervisor och lärare i Zen Coaching utbildningarna i Sverige, Polen and Syd Afrika. Han har även nyligen utvecklat en ledarskapsträning och coaching utbildning för företag som han nu undervisar i.
Roger är tränad i den fullständiga utbildning i Systemis Constellations . Han har arbetat, samt assisterat utbildningen, inom konstellationer under mer än sju års tid med läraren svagito liebermeister.
Han är också utbildad traumaterapeut.
Roger är också författare till boken ”ICA-handlaren som drog i nödbromsen”, som berättar om hans hektiska liv fyllt med destruktiva beteenden, som dåtida ICA butiksägare, som ledde honom till ett uppvaknande på sjukhuset, och vilka strategier och attityder som tagit honom till vart han är idag.
