A community family yoga class, great for ages 5+, outside at Prospect New Town Park near Cavegirl Coffeehouse. We move, breathe, rest, and sit to notice ourselves. A fun and joyful class! Get moving outside, laugh a little (or a lot), and of course practice a *moment* of stillness.
Saturdays 11:15am - 12:00pm (no class June 19th, and July 17 + 24)
Suggested $15/family, or pay what you can.
Ages: preschool through elementary, adults can participate too but it’s not required. We do ask that if any adult chooses not to participate, that you do stay close by.
no equipment needed. We will be on a grass lawn, and I will have poly spots as a visual aid to help keep personal space, you are welcome to bring a yoga mat or towel if you’d like!
