These sessions are delivered by qualified National Standards Instructors and are to help build confidence to ride on the road. cyclists must be confident to ride in close proximity to other riders, take hands off the bars to indicate and look behind over their shoulders safely.
Naz and Nick will take you out onto the quiet roads around Springfield Park and show you how to navigate junctions safely and confidently.
Please dress for the weather with warm bright clothes, we can provide bikes and helmets but even better if you have your own.
Children are welcome but must be 9+ and accompanied by a riding adult
