About this Event
Come join WiFCC for an afternoon of ice skating! This event will take place at Howard Commons Activities Complex in Howard, WI. Our group will have access to the hill from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. This event is open to adoptive, foster, guardianship, relative caregivers, and reunified families and individuals.
Please note: Arrive at 12:00 P.M. for check-in with WiFCC staff, to receive your wrist band for skating, and a free hot chocolate or popcorn with entry. All children must have a parent/guardian present at all times.
This event is outdoors, so dress for snow and cold weather! There will be concessions available for purchase. This event is weather dependent, and it may be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled based on anticipated weather in the area or by decisions made by Howard Commons Activities Complex.
This would be a great opportunity to invite your child's birth/first family or previous foster family. We understand this may not work for all family dynamics but encourage you to consider it. We hope to create an opportunity for children to have all their loved ones in one location whenever possible and create positive memories together.

Cancellations for events must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If 3 or more late cancellations or no-shows occur within a six-month period, the household’s event registrations in the following six months will default to a waitlist.
