Led by genealogy specialist Joan Wood and Archives volunteer Janet Daniels, this monthly meetup is perfect for researchers of all experience levels.This month’s spotlight: German Genealogy Research Guest presenter Anne Bacon, an expert in German ancestry, will share insights and strategies for tracing roots in Germany, from navigating records to understanding historical context. If you’ve got German heritage (or suspect you might), this session is a must.
Each meeting starts with a short intro, followed by open discussion where you can share your wins, ask questions, and get advice from fellow family history enthusiasts.
