This class will help you provide support, guidance and resources for anyone helping older adults transition through the stages of aging! Participants will have an opportunity to learn from a Medical College of WI Geriatrician, who will review the stages of aging and how to recognize which stage your loved one is in. Attendees will learn how a family caregiver can proactively prepare for each stage to create a supportive environment, while still taking care of themselves. Participants will also be provided a list of free local community resources related to living, financial, clinical and other situations often encountered with caregiving. Presented by Edmund H.
