Beseda: COJECO Jewish Intellectual CircleFamily Hanukkah Tour at the Met, "Jews and Greeks: Clash of Cultures" with Dr. Yigal Kotler and Nachliel Selavan

COJECO invites families to the Metropolitan Museum of Art for a unique program for parents and children ages 10-16. Dr. Yigal Kotler, Jewish educator and historian, will lead the adults (in Russian). Nachliel Selavan, expert in ancient Jewish history and museum educator, will lead the teens (in English).
During our tour, we will explore the outstanding but controversial role of the grand Greco-Roman civilization in Jewish history. This exploration will give us a fresh look at the historical context of the story of Hanukkah.
Ticket includes admission to the museum and the tour.
COJECO Adult Jewish Education Programs are generously supported by the UJA-Federation of NY.
