Family Game Night

We (Bay Area Chinese Bible Church, Coastline Christian Schools and Tiny Treasures Preschool) are raising funds for upgrading our facility security.

Please join us for our fundraiser Family Game Night!! All are invited for a night filled with fun and food! Attendance is free, but we ask that you please get a free attendance ticket on eventbrite (one for everyone in your party, age 2+) so we can get an accurate head count. Even those participating in a tournament should please also sign up for an attendance ticket. Tickets will be checked at the door (please have an eventbrite print out or tickets on your phone)

• Bake Off Competition
• Carnival Games
• Board Games
• Face Painting
• Family Feud
• Karaoke
• Ping Pong & Soccer Tournaments
• And of course ... GOOD FOOD

Tickets to play all the carnival games/activities/food will be sold that night.

Eventbrite sign-up required for the following activities (RSVP for these activities by June 22):

Baking Off Contest (Lobby)

• Calling all our bakers! Sign up to participate in our bake-off challenge. Bring your best dessert!
• 2 categories: Youth (ages 8-15) and Adults (16+)
• Judges will be your peers (attendees are welcome to be a taste test judge and to vote for your favorite dessert. All judges must sign a waiver form, available that day.
• Pre-sign up required. ($20/entry)

Chess Challenge

• Pastor Steve Quen, our senior pastor, will be taking on multiple challengers at a time!
• 2 time slots available (4:30PM OR 6:00PM)
• Sign up to participate and face him head to head! Sign up for 1 time slot or BOTH!
• Pre-sign up required. ($20)

Childcare (Nursery Rooms in MC Building)

• Available for ages 2-10
• 2 times slots available (4-5:30PM OR 5:30-7:00PM)
• Parent/Guardian must remain on campus throught the childcare session
• A completed emergency contact form must be turned in upon arrival (will be emailed to you after registration).
• Pre-sign up required. ($20/child/session)

Family Feud (MC1)

• Sign up as a team (5 players per team)
• You will be assigned a game time after you sign up (4:00PM, 4:45PM, 5:30PM, 6:15PM, 7:00PM)
• Pre-sign up required. ($100 per team)

Ping Pong Tournament (Gym)

• Available for ages 13+ (singles and doubles competition)
• 4:00PM Singles Tournament
• 6:00PM Doubles Tournament
• A liabilty release form must be signed before playing (will be emailed to you after registration).
• Pre-sign up required. (Singles $20, Double $40)

Soccer Tournament (Turf Field)

• Available for ages 13+
• 4:00PM
• A liabilty release form must be signed before playing (will be emailed to you after registration).
• Unfortunately, no single sign ups allowed, you must be part of a team.
• Pre-sign up required. ($150 per team)

Fresh Mochi

• Fresh mochi made in-house
• Sweet mung bean and red bean filling
• 5 mochis per box
• Pre-sign up required. ($20 per box)
