About this Event
Our community has been asking for a child-friendly hike and we are delivering. Our Family Fun Hike will be a mindfulness experience for all ages to enjoy.
During our hike, we will move at a leisurely pace that is comfortable for the entire group, complete a scavenger hunt, and do a stop drop and yoga challenge during our hike!
Water, materials for activities, and snacks will be provided for all registered participants. Please register for each member of your family so we can have an accurate headcount.
This hike is co-hosted by Portia Henderson with Progress With Portia.
Please note that all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire hike.
