About this Event
Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing”, is the practice of being present in a forest setting as a form of meditation and exercise that may result in improvements in mood and focus, reduction in stress levels and blood pressure, all while getting us moving. Join us for a guided forest bathing session at a Park in Dakota County (location TBD). Bring the whole family!
This event is outdoors so plan accordingly.
