We’re excited to welcome Bruce “Hoppo” Hopkins from Bondi Rescue to Gungahlin Leisure Centre for a special GOswim Safety Week event filled with fun, learning and festive celebrations!Free entry for all GOswim families.

Where: Gungahlin Leisure Centre
Please make sure to be at the venue by 10:00am.
Here’s what’s happening:
• 10:30am – Salti Class: Join our floating fitness session with a special water-safety talk from Hoppo.
• 11:00am – GOswim Water Safety Practice:
– Learn the steps to floating in water
– Try safe rescues using ropes and noodles
– Practise floating with and without lifejackets
– Sessions in both 50m and program pools
• 12:00pm – Photos & Signatures: Meet Hoppo and capture a memory to take home.
It’s the perfect way to kick off Safety Week — learning, laughing and celebrating together in the water. 💙
